The People v. The Cock of Basel

The Court of General Sessions of the Peace presents the evidence in support of the arguments relied upon in its case against the Cock of Basel. The purpose of this brief is to provide the court with the scope of the Cock’s conspiracy to cavort with the Devil, and thus committing crimes of sexuality. The people ask that the Cock be punished to the fullest extent of the law.
